Here are a few pics that DeAnna took of Craig and I on Thursday night. I wanted some of us together while I am still pregnant!!!

35 weeks and counting!

Wow, I just can't believe we have made it to 35 weeks! We are so blessed this little one is staying put. I had a growth ultrasound... and baby girl is huge!! They are guessing 6 pounds 8 ounces. Everything looks great, she is doing good and so am I. Everything is looking good...but since I have the gestational diabetes they are worried baby girl might get too big.

So I go back on September 30th and I will get my stitch out and another growth ultrasound. At that time we will talk about inducing early. They want her to be under 9 pounds to reduce the risk she could get stuck during delivery and to help prevent complications and having to have a C-Section.

I am on restriction this weekend.... when I went in today for my non-stress test my bp was a little elevated. I have some signs of pre-eclampsia but they are not finding protein in my urine. My bp did go down and was fine when taken with a different bp cuff. So I have to do a 24 hour urine test and that will tell them more. We will have results from that on Tuesday. My poor ankles are really swollen!!

Peanut

Now let's not forget Peanut!! I have been trying to get good pics of her to enter into a contest. It is a monthly contest. So far she hasn't won...but I still have high hopes. I sure hope that she adjusts well when baby comes. Every morning when she comes downstairs with me the first thing she does is run in to the nursery and look around.

Nursery

Well, most of the babys room is ready. We still need to put a few things on the walls, but other than that... I think it is ready. So here are a few pics, for those that are dying to see it!

Update

Ok, I know some of you have been wanting an update. Things are boring!!!! Which is great. I am still going two times a week for NST. Baby girl is doing great. I have reached the point where I am just not feeling well. We are 34 weeks and still moving along. I go next tuesday for another growth ultrasound and I can not wait to see how much they think baby girl weighs. It is getting so close. We are so excited and can't wait to meet her.


Well, Craig put the car seat base in my car this past weekend. The other was just delivered so that will go in his car. I could hear him out there yelling, so I went to be helpful....by taking pics!!

He finally got it in. Once the other gets in his car, we are going to the fire department to have them checked to make sure they are installed correctly.
