Soccer and VBS

Grace is playing soccer again at ISC.  Hopefully we have a better experience!  The first practice was awesome, so we will see.  They stacked towers with cones and then kicked them down with the balls.

They took turns chasing each other to get the yellow shirt

Grace went to VBS in Davis this past week and I am so glad she did! She loved every second of it.  She even participated in the songs and sang!!! We are so proud of her.  This was one of the best VBS's I have ever seen.  The closing ceremony was awesome, with a picinic afterwards with games for the kids.  From a small church with a weekly attendance of 56, I would say that is SUPER awesome.  The kids goal was to raise $500 for a charity, they raised $910(and some odd change), plus they collected paper goods for the rescue mission.  I am very impressed.

Catching up

It seems like we got so busy here all of a sudden.  Here are Connor and Daddy being silly

One of the days we got a nice slow rain... which resulted in a very beautiful rainbow.  I was able to get both ends of it!!!

Connor in his big boy clothes!!

He LOVES the jump a roo!!!

 He also loves bananas!
Here is Connor getting his 6 month check up.  He is 19 lbs, 27.5 inches.  He is a big boy. We had to buy him a big boy car seat because he has out grown the infant seat.

We are trying to get all the rooms painted, Connors was done while I was pregnant.  Grace's is now done and we all love it! The toy room(dining room) is also done now.  Next on the list is the living room.

 Here is Connor's room

He loves his high chair... oh wait because that means the FOOD is coming soon!!!

4th Festivities

Grace loves posing for the camera, can you tell?  I can't get normal, nice pictures of her anymore!  So here is my little drama princess.
 CLOSE UP!
I love this bow.  I order from this lady who is local and she makes the cutest stuff! I even got Connor's onesie from her!
Here we  are sweating to death at the Durand 4th of July parade. At least she got a bag full of candy, right?

Connor is ready for his first Outhouse races!!
 Yes, outhouse races!!
Grace was very excited to have caught Ollie again.  She has been praying every night that we could catch him again. She had to put him in her pool.

 Hi Connor!

My dad reading Green Eggs and Ham to Grace, he hates that book!!

Connor is still growing so fast.  He is wearing 9 month and 12 month clothes!! He is rolling all over and attempting to crawl. My mom got  him a jumperoo and he LOVES it. He loves his food and will eat whatever you give him.  Grace is growing like a weed too.  She talks and talks.. she will also talk to anyone who will listen!! She is going to be starting soccer again at the end of July.  Both kids are in swimming and love it.  It has been so hot we can't really go do anything. Hopefully it cools off so we can make a trip to the Milwaukee zoo sometime this summer.  We have a few other things planned too.
