Busy week!

 Well, Grace had a nest in her tree house for awhile and we couldn't figure out if there were birds or not. Then we started getting dive bombed by the parents.  This was why! There were three baby birds who finally got out of the nest.  This one wanted to play on the slide.

 Here is mommy making sure we don't hurt her babies.

 Today it really looked like it was going to rain.  These were the very impressive clouds that rolled in.  There ended up being no rain.

Fishing

We took the kids to a Fishing day at Rock Cut.  Grace loved it, as always. Connor could have cared less... I am sure he will love it next year.

Lots of fun around here

We took the kids to the Cubs game up in Milwaukee.  So Connor got to go to his first game.  They lost, what a surprise.  But we all had a great time.  We tailgated.. it was warm in the parking lot.

 Grace finally fell asleep on the way home.  Her arm was up in the air for some crazy reason.

 We decided not to get a pool this year, we got Grace a slip and slide(we do have a baby pool).  Here she is the very first time on the slip and slide.  She really didn't know what to do.  But she finally got the hang of it.

 We went to the Riverhawks game the other night.  Rocko got an upgrade this year. We tried to prepare Grace.  She was fine while we were there, but cried after we left!! Here is Connor meeting Rocko for the first time!!!

 Here is my big boy.  At 5 months old he is rolling over from back to tummy, trying to get a tooth, weighs 17lbs 9oz is 27inchs long, loves to play with anything you put around him, loves his bouncy(thanks Beth!!), and is an all around happy baby.  I love him more every day. He is a total thumb sucker and it is sooo cute!

Past week or so

Things have been a little crazy, per usual at the Ecker house.  We had a garage sale this past weekend and now the Malibu died! It was my first car, so I was pretty sad.  So we will be a one car family for a while.  Connor is now rolling over, he started that on Memorial Day.  That is when most of these pictures are from.  I loaded them and then forgot to post!  We are going to be doing lots in the next week or so, lots of firsts for Connor... Cubs game, Riverhawks game so I will have lots of pictures!
